How to make perfect plunger coffee in 5 steps

1. Coarsely grind coffee: Ensure beans are ground to the correct size for plunger (a very coarse grind size - not too fine)

2. 15g coffee per cup. if you have a scale, measure 15g of coffee for each cup

3. Add 250ml boiling water per cup, and leave to stand for 1 minute without stirring

4. Stir coffee and add the plunger. The plunger should sit just on top of the water

5. Brew for 3 minutes and plunge! Plunge without disturbing the grounds
