How We Roast

We roast our coffees with the brew method in mind, so you get the best out of every cup.

  • Filter Roast – A lighter roast that shines with pour over, French press, AeroPress, Moccamaster, or even a light Moka pot. It brings out the delicate flavours, bright aromas, and natural sweetness of the coffee.
  • Espresso Roast – A bit more developed, made for espresso machines and Moka pots. You’ll get a richer body, smooth sweetness, and balanced intensity — perfect as a straight espresso or in your favourite milk coffee.
