El Conjuro is back — this time tuned for summer. Bright, juicy, and layered, this special blend brings together flavours of blood orange, cacao nibs, and a gentle mulled-wine sweetness, making it just as good hot as it is over ice.
El Indio – Colombia
El Indio is all about careful work at origin. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, carefully sorted, and dried under controlled conditions to preserve sweetness and clarity. Made from 100% Caturra, this coffee brings structure, depth, and a rich backbone to the blend.
Buesaco – Nariño, Colombia
Grown at 1,950 metres above sea level, Buesaco’s cool climate and mountainous terrain allow cherries to mature slowly, resulting in a sweeter and more complex cup. Harvested between May and August, this region benefits from more stable weather during processing. We work with smallholder farmers through our friends at Alianza Café and Terra, supporting consistent quality and long-term relationships.
